“The new P4 outdoor parking area will make it even easier for passengers to get to the airport by car, as passengers will be able to park closer to their departure gate also in the outdoor area,” says Jukka Isomäki, Finavia’s Head of Parking and Ground Traffic for Helsinki Airport.
The new P4 area will replace parking areas P4A and P4B, which were popular with holidaymakers. The new P4 outfoor parking area is located next to the airport's train station, from where it is easy to walk to either terminal at Helsinki Airport.
Book parking in advance and save money
Air passengers can book parking in advance in all Finavia parking areas, which makes the price of parking even cheaper.
In addition to the P4 parking area, passengers can also use Finavia’s P3 and P5 parking halls, which are located in front of the terminal. The P3 parking hall also offers Premium parking with indoor parking spots just a few minutes’ walk from Terminal 1. P3 Premium and the P5 parking hall also have charging points for electric cars.
