How do I pay for extra time if my return flight is delayed and my reservation has ended?
P1 & P2: Pay at the payment machine in the elevator lobby. If you use the Moovy app, the extra time will be charged automatically to your payment card afterwards.
P3, P4 & P5: Pay at the exit barrier or at the service desk in the arrivals hall.

When can I enter the parking area with a pre-booking?
You can enter the parking area up to 60 minutes before your reservation starts and no later than the reservation end time.
How is the parking price calculated?
Short-term parking costs €2 per 15 minutes in all parking areas until the daily maximum rate for the area is reached.
Parking for over 24 hours is charged according to the daily rate, calculated in full days.
Can I leave the parking area before my reservation ends?
Yes. Please note that your reservation ends when you exit the parking area.
Did I park in the correct parking area?
Check the parking area stated in your pre-booking confirmation.

What should I do if I arrive with a different car than stated in my reservation?

What is the minimum and maximum length of a parking reservation?
The minimum parking reservation is one day, and the maximum is 45 days.

Can I reserve an electric vehicle charging point?
Charging points are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
There are charging points in all Helsinki Airport parking halls:
- P1: approx. 100 charging points
- P2: approx. 150 charging points (the 3rd floor is fully dedicated to electric vehicles)
- P3: approx. 30 charging points
- P5: approx. 70 charging points
Availability of a charging point cannot be guaranteed.
Can I cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 1 hour before the reservation starts. Cancellation can be made via the link in your booking confirmation.
If you cancel later than this, the full price will be charged.
How early and how late can I book a parking space?
You can book a parking space up to 6 months in advance and no later than 2 hours before the reservation starts.
If your parking start time is less than 2 hours away, or if the selected parking area is fully booked, you can still park in available areas without a pre-booked reservation.
Are there height restrictions in the parking areas?
Yes, the height restrictions vary by parking area:
- P1: 2.1 m
- P2: 2.1 m
- P3: 1.9 m
- P5: 2.1 m
- P4: Outdoor area, no height restriction
Please note that there may be obstacles lower than 1.9 m above some parking spaces, such as ventilation ducts.
What should I do if I don’t receive a booking confirmation after payment?

Can I reserve a specific parking space or an accessible parking space?
It is not possible to reserve a specific parking space or an accessible parking space in advance.
You may park in any available space within the parking area you have selected.
Can I park with a trailer?
Parking with a trailer is not allowed in the Helsinki Airport parking areas.
Frequently asked questions about carwash
Where should I leave my car keys if I have purchased a car wash together with parking?
Leave your keys in an envelope in the key drop locker located in the arrivals hall, opposite the airport’s information and parking services desk.
Alternatively, you can deliver your keys to the car wash service desk in the P1 Premium parking area.

Where is my car washed?
Your car is hand-washed at the car wash located in the P1 Premium parking area. The service is provided by Korrek Pro Center.
What should I do if the parking spaces reserved for the car wash are full?
Please inform us of your car’s location when handing over the keys. For detailed instructions on key drop-off and pick-up, see here.
What car wash options are available?
The car wash service and the available wash options are described on the car wash pages. You can also view the wash options on the parking booking page when selecting your parking area.
Where can I find the parking spaces intended for cars going to the car wash?
If you have purchased a car wash service, you will receive instructions on where to park your car for the wash in your booking confirmation email.

What should I do if my car is damaged during the car wash?
All car wash–related claims are handled by the service provider, Korrek Pro Center. You can submit a claim via this form or by email at [email protected].
Can I book a car wash for a motorhome or a van?
Yes, as long as your vehicle fits inside the parking hall. The car wash service is available in parking halls P1, P2, P3 and P5, with the following maximum height limits:
- P1: 2.1 m
- P2: 2.1 m
- P3: 1.9 m
- P5: 2.1 m
The car wash service is not available in outdoor parking areas.
Can I park an electric vehicle in the car wash parking spaces?
Yes, electric vehicles can be parked in the car wash parking spaces. Please note that charging facilities are not available at these parking spaces.
I want to cancel my car wash. Will my parking reservation be cancelled as well?
Yes. Parking and the car wash are part of the same booking, so the car wash cannot be cancelled separately. You can cancel the entire reservation using the cancellation link in your booking confirmation and then make a new parking reservation if needed.
Do I need to remove the antenna or roof racks for the car wash?
No, you don't need to remove the antenna or roof racks for the car wash.
