During the day, some trains will terminate at Pasila. During the night, I and P trains will run as usual between the airport and Helsinki Central Railway Station.
Phase two: 18 July 23:00 – 4 August 05:00
- I trains from the airport will terminate at Pasila. P trains will continue to Helsinki Central Railway Station as usual.
- P trains running to the airport from Helsinki will depart from Pasila station. I trains departing from Helsinki Central Railway Station will run as usual.
- Passengers can change trains at Pasila or already in Huopalahti when travelling to Helsinki.
Phase one: 25 June 22.00 – 16 July 05:00
- P trains from the airport will terminate at Pasila. I trains will continue to Helsinki Central Railway Station as usual.
- I trains running to the airport from Helsinki will depart from Pasila station. P trains departing from Helsinki Central Railway Station to the airport will run as usual.
- Passengers can change trains at Pasila or already in Tikkurila when travelling to Helsinki.

The changes to the airport train traffic are a part of the Finnish Transport Agency’s project to improve the functionality and efficiency of Helsinki railway yard. Track works to improve the functionality and efficiency of Helsinki railway yard will affect HSL's commuter train services from June to August 2018. The outermost track pairs in the railway yard will alternately be taken out of service. These track works will affect the departure tracks in Pasila.
