The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA) has approved the acquisition that will increase Finavia Corporation's current 49% holding in the property investment and development company AVIA Real Estate to 100%.
The arrangement increases Finavia's holding in the property complex located in the immediate vicinity of Helsinki Airport, which will strengthen Finavia's role in the comprehensive development of the airport area. The arrangement is expected to be implemented in the first half of 2025.
