Relove
Relove at gate 21–22 is an oasis of gluten-free food, offering sweet and savoury options as well as gluten-free products for on-the-go. You can also find gluten-free bowls for a bigger meal in the display case.
Hot meals
For hot meals, Pier Zero, Nordic Kitchens, Bubbles and Helsinki Markets offer several gluten-free options. Many portions can also be modified to gluten-free by request. Among other things, we recommend the following dishes:
- Helsinki Market: pasta portions are available with gluten-free pasta by request
- Nordic Kitchen: roasted salmon and baked potatoes with a selection of toppings. At the restaurant on gate 26, you can also find warm breakfast dishes, such as omelettes, with gluten-free bread by request.
- Pier Zero: prawn risotto on the summer menu
- Terracotta: gluten-free artisan pizzas
- Tori Kitchen & Cafe: meatballs with mashed potatoes
For lovers of Asian flavours, Ajisen Ramen offers gluten-free poke bowls inside the non-Schengen area after passport control. Two Tigers Sushi and Noodles and Asia Street Cooking also offer gluten-free dishes by request.
Food courts
At the Food Court at the gate area, you will find the popular Fafas pitas with gluten-free pita bread as well as Asian Kitchen’s wok dishes, some of which can be made gluten-free by request.
Food Hall at the arrivals hall also has several restaurants with gluten-free dishes on their menus.

Sweet treats
- For those who love sweet treats, we recommend Relove’s cakes and pastries, Moomin Coffee’s ice creams as well as the mouth-watering gluten-free carrot cake at Espresso House.
