Autumn Foliage is a special time, during which Lapland’s nature is dressed in stunning shades of red, orange and yellow, offering unforgettable experiences for both locals and tourists.
During Autumn Foliage, Lapland’s forests, fells and bodies of water are transformed into a colourful work of art. Birches, rowan trees and dwarf birches shine in bright colours, and subshrubs such as bilberries and lingonberries add depth and contrast to the landscape.
