“We want to provide passengers with the best possible experience at Helsinki Airport, and the expansion of the current service offering is part of building this experience,” says Vice President Nora Immonen, Director of Commercial Services (Helsinki Airport) at Finavia.
9Lives recommends that passengers register for the COVID-19 test via the 9Lives website no later than one hour before arriving at the testing point, so that the passenger’s COVID-19 test referral can be completed in time. The referral will be ready at the testing point when the passenger arrives for the COVID-19 test.
“In the initial phase, the testing point provides rapid antigen tests and PCR tests. Rapid PCR tests will also be available in the future,” says Katariina Matveinen, Managing Director of 9Lives.
The 9Lives testing point is located near the entrance to Terminal 2, outdoors. The service is available to passengers starting from 28 June.
