System failure at Eurocontrol causes delays at Helsinki Airport

The European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation has informed that they have a system failure. The flight restrictions concern also Helsinki Airport and cause delays for international flights. Flights to and from Asia as well as domestic flights are operated as normally.
