The service point at the airport is primarily intended to serve passengers flying to and from Helsinki Airport.
Since fast-track and express passports will be included in the direct delivery system as of 1 January 2017, they should be picked up from separately defined collection points.
One of these collection points is R-Kioski which is located in Terminal 2.
