The new members that were selected were CEO Stefan Wentjärvi, General Counsel Nina Kiviranta, Sato´s CEO until 2015 Erkka Valkila, Executive Vice President Katja Keitaanniemi and Senior Financial Counsellor Jarmo Kilpelä.
Harri Sailas continues as Chairman of the Board and Carita Pylkäs staff representative of the Board.
