Finavia makes travelling even smoother by providing a renewed Helsinki Airport mobile app.
The well-functioning and popular functions of the app, such as My flight, Information about airport services and security control lines and push notifications, have been retained in the new app version. New functions aimed especially for frequent travellers have been added.
Both app visual and user interface have been renewed. The app is available in English and Finnish.
Offers and even smoother travel experience for registered users
Passengers can ease their trip by registering to Helsinki Airport mobile app. Registered user can, for example, book & pay parking space in advance or buy products via the app with just one click.
The renewed app pilots product sales. Click & Collect pilot is launched with Iittala. Registered users can order and pay Iittala products via the app and pick them up at the airport shop. Finavia aims to broaden the Click & Collect product and brand offer as the pilot continues.
Registration also enables the use of the new interactive airport map and anonymous indoor tracking, which makes navigating at the airport and finding services even easier. User consent is always asked for tracking.
In addition, registered users receive seasonal offers at Helsinki Airport.
