The following terms and conditions apply to Finavia Corporation’s (hereinafter referred to as “Finavia”) MyFlight Service (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”). The Service user must carefully review the terms before using the Service.
Contents of the service
The Service maintained by Finavia was created to improve the travel experience of the user of the Service in question. The Service provides the user with informative and commercial content related to their flight, some of which is personalised to meet the user's needs. The personalisation is based in particular on the self-declared interests of the Service user and their route at the airport.
Consent to the processing of personal data
Finavia Corporation may process the information provided by the user in order to send marketing messages about services at the airport by e-mail until the departure or cancellation of the selected flight. User data is not used for profiling or automated decisions, is not disclosed to other parties and is not transferred outside the EU. The user may withdraw their consent at any time by using the cancellation link that is provided in each marketing message. Age of user
The user of the Service must be at least 18 years of age.
Direct marketing
The Service includes electronic direct marketing.
Limitation of liability
Care has been taken to ensure the correctness of the information provided in the Service, but Finavia is not responsible for the correctness of the content provided in the Service. In particular, the user must always confirm real-time flight information from the airport's flight information displays.
The Service is designed to be used at any time, but Finavia makes no warranties about the operation of the Service or its features. Finavia has the right, at its own discretion, to make changes to the Service or to discontinue providing the Service at any time.
Finavia is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the Service.
Finavia reserves all rights to the Service, including but not limited to the right to change the terms and conditions of use of the Service.
Intellectual property rights
All intellectual property rights to the Service belong exclusively to Finavia or to contracting parties of Finavia. The user of the Service hereby commits to use the Service in a way which does not infringe any intellectual property rights included in the Service.
Obligations of the user
The user of the Service must use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws, these terms and conditions and any instructions given by Finavia. In addition, the user must use the Service in compliance with any instructions and orders given by the authorities. If the user violates the above while using the Service, Finavia has, in addition to all other legal remedies available to it, the right to prohibit the user from using the Service and to claim damages from the user for damage caused by the user's actions.
Disputes and applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Finland.
All disputes and disagreements arising out of these terms and conditions shall be settled in the District Court of Itä-Uusimaa at first instance.
