Access right application for general aviators

You apply for access rights at the same time to all airports which use the system, i.e. Ivalo, Joensuu, Jyväskylä, Kajaani, Kemi-Tornio, Kittilä, Kokkola-Pietarsaari, Kuopio, Kuusamo, Maarianhamina, Oulu, Pori, Rovaniemi, Savonlinna, Tampere-Pirkkala, Turku and Vaasa. If your home airport is not on the list then choose one, from the list, which you anticipate to visit most frequently and mark that in the request as your “Home airport”.

Inquiries related to the right of access of general aviators and contacts to the information desk of the airport you have chosen as your home airport.

The Access commitment form is saved.

Other attachments are collected and stored temporarily to verify the data, after which they are deleted/destroyed.

1. Print out the commitment form (PDF), sign and scan it.
2. Fill in the access application form below and attach the commitment form. The application form cannot be submitted if the attachments are missing.
3. Attach a copy of your government-issued ID (passport or ID card). We recommend covering the rest of the personal identity code, the rest of it is not needed. A copy of the identity document will be destroyed once the application has been processed.
4. Attach a copy of your pilot license or other registration document. A copy of the document enabling registration will be destroyed once the application has been processed.
