Company
The corporate acquisition involving Finavia Corp, Pontos Group, and the fund managed by Nrep, Nordic Strategy Fund III (NSF III), has been completed on January 31, 2025. As a result of the ownership arrangement, Finavia Corp. increases its current 49 percent ownership to 100 percent in the real estate investment and development company AVIA Real Estate.

This arrangement strengthens Finavia’s ownership of the property complex located in the immediate vicinity of Helsinki Airport and its role in the comprehensive development of the airport area.
