Arrival instructions

The event takes place in the south pier of Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The entrance and exit to the event venue is at the intersection of Teletie and Lentäjäntie (Teletie 2, Vantaa).

When you arrive at the party, please, show the QR code found on your registration confirmation. Access to the event takes place outside and along the stairs. There is also an accessible route to the venue. There is a clothes storage area reserved for outdoor clothes and shoes in the event venue.

Arrival by public transport

By train

P and I trains run between the airport and the center of Helsinki. Travel time is about 30 minutes. Tickets can be bought with HSL's mobile application or at the airport from the ticket machine in the platform area. Schedules and prices can be found on HSL's website. Exit the train station in the opposite direction of the terminal - this brings you directly to Teletie, from where there is a short walk to the event venue entrance. (Following the terminal signs takes you to the terminal.)

By bus

The bus station is located in front of the terminal at the level of arriving flights. HSL bus 600 operates between the airport and the center of Helsinki. The journey time is about 40 minutes. Tickets can be bought with HSL's mobile application or at the airport from the ticket machine in the platform area. You can get more information from HSL's website.

Arriving with your own car and parking in the P5 parking garage

P5 Parking instructions

  1. Drive in from the main entrance of the P5 parking garage (Tutkatie) and take the parking ticket by pressing the green button.

  2. When you arrive at the event, you will be given a value ticket. NOTE! Also keep your original parking ticket!

  3. When leaving, enter your parking ticket into the payment machine and "pay" for parking with the value ticket.

  4. The locations of the parking meters are shown in the picture, below.

  5. At the exit, enter your parking ticket as normal and you can drive out of the parking garage. In case of problems, the parking service can be contacted via the call button.

Leaving the party

Leaving the party takes place via the arrival route (Teletie 2). Possible transfers to flights takes place along the normal route through the departure hall.
