At Finavia, summer workers and trainees are seen as important experts from whom the entire work community can learn. Our summer jobs offer a unique insight into the operations of airports and our wide range of work tasks.
In 2025, we have summer jobs and traineeships for experts and students in many different fields. Finavia is looking for, among others, terminal guides, an summer worker for electrical work, a communications summer worker, a process and maintenance operator summer worker, a higher education trainee for Helsinki Airport's security functions, a summer worker for the Security Services unit and a trainee for the environmental unit.
Most of Finavia's summer jobs and traineeships take place between May and September.
