You can observe aircraft landing and taking off daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The traffic is liveliest in the morning and in the afternoon.
The scenic terrace has two parts: the outdoor and indoor terrace. The warm indoor terrace has a soft drink vending machine, a photo exhibition of Helsinki Airport past and present, as well as displays for arrivals and departures. The outdoor terrace will be closed during the winter for safety reasons.
