The criteria for the award is customer feedback received, for example, through customer satisfaction surveys. At the conference, Ground handling partners were awarded in more than a dozen categories.

Thomas Cook Airlines has awarded Finavia’s subsidiary company Airpro’s ground handling services at Helsinki Airport for best customer service in 2014. The award for “Best Customer Service Home Markets” was presented to Airpro’s representatives on 2 October 2014 in Frankfurt at the Annual Ground Handling Partners Conference.
