RIGHT OF PARTICIPATION
All persons are eligible to participate to the raffle, excluding persons that have participated in planning or executing the raffle or parts of it.
TIME OF PARTICIPATION
1st of October to 14th of October, 2018
PARTICIPATION
Participation is done by leaving ones contact information at the end of “Survey regarding Finavia Newsroom”-survey.
The winner will be contacted personally.
The prize will be delivered via email.
WINNER SELECTION
Member of the organizer will pick one winner amongst all the participants.
PRIZE
The prize is a travel gift card. The prize can not be exchanged to money or other prizes.
DATA PROCESSING
The contact information will be processed in order to execute the raffle and delivering the prize, as according to data protection principles. Contact information will be removed after the raffle, on 1st of December 2018 the latest.
ORGANIZERS’ RESPONSIBILITIES
Finavia is responsible for possible taxes related to the raffle.
Participants exempt Finavia and its partners from possible damages which may occur or is claimed to have occurred from participating to this raffle. The organizer’s responsibility cannot in any situation exceed the value or amount of the prizes.
Finavia is not responsible for possible technological issues in signing up or receiving the prize.
The participant is responsible for giving correct contact information to the organizer.
OTHER TERMS
By participating the participant agrees to these terms and decisions Finavia bases on them.
If participant is suspected of cheating or otherwise behaving against these terns, Finavia has the right to reject the participant from the raffle.
Finavia holds the right to without an additional announcement to change the raffle, its rules, prizes, timing or other aspects of the raffle. Possible updates will be informed in this document.
